Hands down the BEST roofing company in Jacksonville let alone the state of Florida. We originally got a quote from them a year prior to putting a roof on and the owner Ty not only honored the quote but excelled our expectations. His company and employees showed up on time, bright and early in the morning and completed the roof in one day. Which I must say was not an easy task with it being a large roof with many angles to work around. They were professional and polite with any questions we had throughout the process. About a month ago I noticed a small stain on the ceiling near the chimney. Since Southern Coast Roofing had installed my roof about 10 years ago, I called them to inspect for a leak. Jose came out the next day and immediately found the problem. It was not the roof at all that was leaking but it was instead the metal chimney cap needed to be resealed with silicone. Ty (owner) followed up with a written estimate that was very reasonable. Once I gave the approval it was repaired very quickly. Ty even followed up to be sure I was satisfied with the service and repair. They are truly customer service friendly and the work is top quality. They continue to be my go-to company for any roofing issues!

But this last experience I had with them was just amazing as their 10-12 guys crew came in, started at 8 am, took 2 breaks and finished around 3 pm replacing the whole roof of our house which is over 3,000 square foot. Nice guys, did great job on replacing the roof, making sure all the nails etc. on the floor got cleaned, and supervisor TY double checked on every step of the process.
