They didn’t charged me more than the estimated even when the required repair work was more complicated. Southern Coast Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof. It was a big decision for me but Ty (the owner) is so professional and friendly that he made the whole thing so easy. He gave me a very reasonable price and answered all my questions. The whole process was very smooth and fast. I have a big roof but they got the job done in 2 days. They worked so clean and organized. They didn’t leave any debris or trash behind. They cleaned up so well, even behind the shrubs. They even removed all the nails on the driveway with a magnet on both days so we could park our cars overnight. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation. You would not regret it.
