Prior to seeking out a roof contractor, Ty and his team came highly recommended. I contacted Southern Coast, as well as other roofers for a well-rounded pool of quotes. Without a doubt, Souther Coast's reputation became evident. Ty was able to perform the estimate remotely and provide a quote within a few hours. Unlike all other roofing companies, Ty did not send a salesperson, or apply any sales pressure tactics to upsell the job. Ty quotes it, he manages the process, and his team performs the work. Simple and direct. Communication was top notch. We were kept in the loop on install date, progress during the install, and contact after the install. They answered all our calls and emails promptly. You speak directly to the owner and get old-fashioned family business service you don't see much of these days. Lastly, the price... Southern Coast was drastically lower for the same exact service and products. No sales commissions or staff to pay, just an honest roofing company where you talk directly to the owner.

Ty at Southern Coast Roofing was great to work with. When he first came out, he made some practical suggestions for my mother's new roof and gave an estimate that was fair and reasonable. The work was done when promised, and his crew worked hard and steady to finish in a day. The finished product looks great, and they cleaned up afterward very nicely. The final price was same as the estimate, no unexpected additions. I would recommend Southern Coast Roofing without reservation and will be calling again when my own roof comes due for replacement. I used Southern Coast Roofing a few times for repairs before, done great job and no issues afterwards. But this last experience I had with them was just amazing as their 10-12 guys crew came in, started at 8 am, took 2 breaks and finished around 3 pm replacing the whole roof of our house which is over 3,000 square foot. Nice guys, did great job on replacing the roof, making sure all the nails etc. on the floor got cleaned, and supervisor TY double checked on every step of the process. Very reasonable price and above the expectations work for sure. Several of my friends used them also and they’re all satisfied and have no issues with their roof. I highly recommend them.

I chose Southern Coast Roofing to replace my roof after receiving bids from three vendors. All three were fairly close in price, but Southern Cost Roofing was the least expensive, and I was very impressed with the person that inspected and quoted the work, Ty. From my decision through the final work being cleaned up, I was very impressed. The work team was very efficient and effective, they did a great job and they also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.
