They reroofed my mother’s house and they did a great job. Ty was very professional and communicated with us throughout the process. His employees worked hard and they even fixed some items that were not initially discussed. Their price was better than several other estimates.

Southern Coast has put two roofs on investments for me, once in 2021 and again in 2024. Ty is very professional and responsive in sending quotes, scheduling and updating me on work progress. The roofers themselves came on time and did a fine job. I would use Southern Coast and Ty Karakas again.
