Southern Coast Roofing did an outstanding job on replacing my roof. From planning, pricing, execution, completion & cleanup, all phases excellently executed and whole project done timely. Both Crew and Ty were extremely professional and responsive. They were punctual, polite, and worked at an amazing speed. From teardown to install all executed superbly exemplifying quality of craftsmanship. The new roof looks amazing, and I couldn't ask for better quality. Southern Coast Roofing did a great job on installing presidential shingles, skylights and a solar tube. Ty provided us references who all had great things to say as well. Given the economy there were some slight delays in receiving the skylights, Ty was very open in communication about this and the skylights are amazing and keep the sunroom cool during the Summer months in Florida. During the job TY was constantly on site and immediately available by phone if I had any questions. I was impressed at how well the guys cleaned up after themselves each day and when the job was completed they inspected the yard with magnet rollers to pick up any loose nails
