Southern Coast has put two roofs on investments for me, once in 2021 and again in 2024. Ty is very professional and responsive in sending quotes, scheduling and updating me on work progress. The roofers themselves came on time and did a fine job. I would use Southern Coast and Ty Karakas again.

Southern Coast Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof. It was a big decision for me but Ty (the owner) is so professional and friendly that he made the whole thing so easy. He gave me a very reasonable price and answered all my questions. The whole process was very smooth and fast. I have a big roof but they got the job done in 2 days. They worked so clean and organized. They didn’t leave any debris or trash behind. They cleaned up so well, even behind the shrubs. They even removed all the nails on the driveway with a magnet on both days so we could park our cars overnight. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation. You would not regret it.
