The installation team was very efficient, paid attention to details, and willing to discuss the details during their work. No drama, no nonsense. Clean up well and polite, hard working people. The sale manager Ty did an excellent job in communicating and coordinating with the clients and their crew. Flexible with the clients’ schedule. He is also very patient with the clients because it was difficult to choose the shingle color from so many beautiful colors. I learn a lot about roof type, material, and warranty information from this roof replacement project from Ty.

I noticed a shingle sitting in my gutter that must’ve recently blown out of place. Southern Coast Roofing installed my roof 13 years ago, so I called them and Ty came out right away. He had one of his workers come the next day, made the repairs, and resolved some additional issues that he found, all at a reasonable price. Great service. Roof still looks great.

Prior to seeking out a roof contractor, Ty and his team came highly recommended. I contacted Southern Coast, as well as other roofers for a well-rounded pool of quotes. Without a doubt, Souther Coast's reputation became evident. Ty was able to perform the estimate remotely and provide a quote within a few hours. Unlike all other roofing companies, Ty did not send a salesperson, or apply any sales pressure tactics to upsell the job. Ty quotes it, he manages the process, and his team performs the work. Simple and direct. Communication was top notch. We were kept in the loop on install date, progress during the install, and contact after the install. They answered all our calls and emails promptly. You speak directly to the owner and get old-fashioned family business service you don't see much of these days. Lastly, the price... Southern Coast was drastically lower for the same exact service and products. No sales commissions or staff to pay, just an honest roofing company where you talk directly to the owner.
