Hands down the BEST roofing company in Jacksonville let alone the state of Florida. We originally got a quote from them a year prior to putting a roof on and the owner Ty not only honored the quote but excelled our expectations. His company and employees showed up on time, bright and early in the morning and completed the roof in one day. Which I must say was not an easy task with it being a large roof with many angles to work around. They were professional and polite with any questions we had throughout the process. Ty called with updates and information about the roof throughout the process as well. He went out of his way to make sure even our lumber was the exact match to the original. But this last experience I had with them was just amazing as their 10-12 guys crew came in, started at 8 am, took 2 breaks and finished around 3 pm replacing the whole roof of our house which is over 3,000 square foot. The roof was completed in one day with a team of experienced workers who were meticulous in caring for the property and seeing that we were comfortable with the process. Southern Coast Roofing has completed 23 roof installations for our Condo Association in the last 3 years. His employees are polite, courteous and efficient. They perform like a well oiled machine, each employee knows exactly what to do. The team is always on time and they always places tarps to protect the area being worked and do an outstanding job with the installation and clean up when done. While performing the installation if they find something needing repair they notify their boss and he will get in touch with me and discuss what it entails and if there is a cost.
