They worked so clean and organized. They didn’t leave any debris or trash behind. They cleaned up so well, even behind the shrubs. He examined the roof and then explained how a previous contractor's repairs had begun to fail. Work to be done was clearly explained, so we knew exactly what to expect. Having been in the construction industry for a number of years I was skeptical at first at how much lower their quotes came in than other roofers. I am very pleased to say that what i found is a company that goes above and beyond to make sure that you will receive quality workmanship and top of the line materials at a great price. Each job came in on time and as promised with no short cuts and a great warranty. P.S. Two weeks after Southern coast replaced the roof on my home a Hurricane caused a tree to fall and damage my new roof. Southern Coast came back and did all of the repairs but refused to let me pay for the work that they did even though the warranty did not cover storm damage. The owner said that he felt bad that it happened to our new roof .That is the type of company that they are.hard to find such integrity these days and that is why i will always recommend them and use them in the future.
