We been using Southern coast roofing, To maintain our roofing needs, for 8 years. They are very knowledgeable & professionals. They show up on time our appointment. One of our buildings are 130 feet tall. The second is 9 units 2 stories high. I would recommend contacting Southern Coast Roofing for an evaluation and discuss the options for your repairs.

Southern Coast Roofing has completed 23 roof installations for our Condo Association in the last 3 years. His employees are polite, courteous and efficient. They perform like a well oiled machine, each employee knows exactly what to do. The team is always on time and they always places tarps to protect the area being worked and do an outstanding job with the installation and clean up when done. While performing the installation if they find something needing repair they notify their boss and he will get in touch with me and discuss what it entails and if there is a cost. It has been the owners and my pleasure to have had the pleasure of his company and I highly recommend his company if in need for any roofing installation.

Since we got our roof installed in 2018, 6 years later we had some little problems around the top of the roof that may cause of leaking. I called them and scheduled. They came to check the roof on time and fixed them better than I expected. They took this problem seriously and made it like a brand new roof again. Thank you.
