Hands down the BEST roofing company in Jacksonville let alone the state of Florida. We originally got a quote from them a year prior to putting a roof on and the owner Ty not only honored the quote but excelled our expectations. His company and employees showed up on time, bright and early in the morning and completed the roof in one day. Which I must say was not an easy task with it being a large roof with many angles to work around. They were professional and polite with any questions we had throughout the process. Ty called with updates and information about the roof throughout the process as well. He went out of his way to make sure even our lumber was the exact match to the original. We were told the roof was to be done in June and later found out we had to put the house on the market Ty jumped at the challenge and made sure the roof was completed by the end of May. Talk about customer service! Our neighbors and us were in awe of the craftsmanship and tenaciousness of the company. Not only do I recommend them I will stand behind them and let you know you will not be disappointed in your decision! Thank you Southern Coast Roofing for a seamless transition into a new roof!

About a month ago I noticed a small stain on the ceiling near the chimney. Since Southern Coast Roofing had installed my roof about 10 years ago, I called them to inspect for a leak. Jose came out the next day and immediately found the problem. It was not the roof at all that was leaking but it was instead the metal chimney cap needed to be resealed with silicone. Ty (owner) followed up with a written estimate that was very reasonable. Once I gave the approval it was repaired very quickly. Ty even followed up to be sure I was satisfied with the service and repair. They are truly customer service friendly and the work is top quality. They continue to be my go-to company for any roofing issues!

Dealing with SCR was fantastic from start to finish!!! We got multiple estimates to have our roof replaced and we definitely chose the right company. Extremely professional and you couldn’t ask for better customer service with communication through the entire process. Nobody wants to spend money on a roof so dealing with companies that wouldn’t respond or left unanswered questions was extremely frustrating, but willing to take your hard earned money. Not with SCR, Ty was on it!!!! He was nothing short of a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, personable and professional to the highest remark. He heard us finalizing details with the front desk and even though feeling under the weather came out (at a healthy distance of course) to recommend going with the black vs white for the design of our home.
