I am in the real estate industry and have used Southern Coast Roofing over a dozen times. They’ve done everything from simple roof and shingle repairs to new roof installations. They are incredibly responsive and professional, provide quality workmanship at excellent pricing, and always stand by their work. If there is a problem, they will fix it and make it right. No questions asked. They are my go to roofer and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for roof repairs or a replacement!

They did a great job protecting landscaping /hardscapes and did a great clean up job . We are happy with the work and highly recommend them.

I am a residential contractor servicing the NE Florida area. I trust ALL of our roofing needs to SCR. They have been involved in (If I had to guess) over 100 renovation and new construction projects with us... everything from simple repairs to entire roof installs. Every time, 100% of the time, they do a fantastic job, from communication to work quality to timeliness, etc. Because they're so amazing, I've even referred them directly to many friends and family members and I've never heard a bad word about them after they completed those separate projects. Do yourself a favor and don't call any other roofer other than Southern Coast Roofing. Ty and his incredible crew will get you taken care of with little to no hassle. Hands down the best in the biz! I can’t say enough about Ty and his team. They installed my roof about six years ago and I have had absolutely no problems. I have sent them to about four different friends houses who they’ve done their roof as well and I’m telling you that they provide better service at a much better price than most big-name roofers. Southern Coast Roofing did a great job on installing presidential shingles, skylights and a solar tube. Ty provided us references who all had great things to say as well. Given the economy there were some slight delays in receiving the skylights, Ty was very open in communication about this and the skylights are amazing and keep the sunroom cool during the Summer months in Florida. During the job TY was constantly on site and immediately available by phone if I had any questions. I was impressed at how well the guys cleaned up after themselves each day and when the job was completed they inspected the yard with magnet rollers to pick up any loose nails

Southern Coast Roofing has completed 23 roof installations for our Condo Association in the last 3 years. His employees are polite, courteous and efficient. They perform like a well oiled machine, each employee knows exactly what to do. The team is always on time and they always places tarps to protect the area being worked and do an outstanding job with the installation and clean up when done. While performing the installation if they find something needing repair they notify their boss and he will get in touch with me and discuss what it entails and if there is a cost. It has been the owners and my pleasure to have had the pleasure of his company and I highly recommend his company if in need for any roofing installation.

I would like to give Ty and his team a shout out about doing such a good job with installing our new roof. We had Ty come out and give us an estimate and we were upfront in telling him we would be meeting with 2 other companies to get estimates to compare. He at no time pressured us or said anything negative about his competition which so many other companies will do. He was professional from start to finish. Ty -- great job and keep up your good work!! In closing, the city inspector also gives Southern Coast Roofing a thumbs up and he deals with a bunch of roofing companies. That speaks volumes in my book!

I chose Southern Coast Roofing to replace my roof after receiving bids from three vendors. All three were fairly close in price, but Southern Cost Roofing was the least expensive, and I was very impressed with the person that inspected and quoted the work, Ty. From my decision through the final work being cleaned up, I was very impressed. The work team was very efficient and effective, they did a great job and they also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

Southern Coast Roofing recently repaired a large section of roof over my kitchen at my home here in Riverside-Avondale. I’ve had other contractors and companies (2 other ones, S.C.R. Is the 3rd) that have tried to repair this section of roof and all ended up causing further damage and wasting my money. Thanks to Ty Karakus and his innovative design and highly skilled workers at S.C.R., that section of roof is repaired in such a manor that it now properly diverts all rain water off of that flat section of roof and will last for a lifetime. I only wish I had been referred to Southern Coast Roofing the first time I needed repairs. In the end I’m just extremely happy that I was fortunate enough to have them complete the necessary repairs. They finished days earlier than anticipated and after the past week of rain I’m 100% sure that they got the job done right as there are NO LEAKS.. Thanks Ty & Southern Coast Roofing! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs roof repairs or replacement.

After getting five different quotes from different companies, I decided to go with southern roofing, let me list just a few reasons why it was easy to choose this five ***** star company. I have had Southern Coast Roofing handle all of my commercial and residential roofing needs since the day they were recommended to me. Having been in the construction industry for a number of years I was skeptical at first at how much lower their quotes came in than other roofers. I am very pleased to say that what i found is a company that goes above and beyond to make sure that you will receive quality workmanship and top of the line materials at a great price. Each job came in on time and as promised with no short cuts and a great warranty. P.S. Two weeks after Southern coast replaced the roof on my home a Hurricane caused a tree to fall and damage my new roof. Southern Coast came back and did all of the repairs but refused to let me pay for the work that they did even though the warranty did not cover storm damage. The owner said that he felt bad that it happened to our new roof .That is the type of company that they are.hard to find such integrity these days and that is why i will always recommend them and use them in the future.
