About a month ago I noticed a small stain on the ceiling near the chimney. Since Southern Coast Roofing had installed my roof about 10 years ago, I called them to inspect for a leak. Jose came out the next day and immediately found the problem. It was not the roof at all that was leaking but it was instead the metal chimney cap needed to be resealed with silicone. Ty (owner) followed up with a written estimate that was very reasonable. Once I gave the approval it was repaired very quickly. Ty even followed up to be sure I was satisfied with the service and repair. They are truly customer service friendly and the work is top quality. They continue to be my go-to company for any roofing issues!

I could not get a local roofer to show up. Southern coast Roofing was recommended by a friend and they did a great job. On schedule, job done quickly at the cost outlined in the estimate and job done correctly. Cant ask for much more
