About a month ago I noticed a small stain on the ceiling near the chimney. Since Southern Coast Roofing had installed my roof about 10 years ago, I called them to inspect for a leak. Jose came out the next day and immediately found the problem. It was not the roof at all that was leaking but it was instead the metal chimney cap needed to be resealed with silicone. Ty (owner) followed up with a written estimate that was very reasonable. Once I gave the approval it was repaired very quickly. Ty even followed up to be sure I was satisfied with the service and repair. They are truly customer service friendly and the work is top quality. They continue to be my go-to company for any roofing issues!

This company replaced my roof 12 years ago. They used the highest quality material and they charged less than any other quote that I could find. The guys were extremely professional, very friendly, on time and had great communication. 12 years later the seal around the chimney started going bad from the intense floor to Sun. They came out and resealed it and painted the fireplace cap at no charge. I highly recommend this company absolutely love these guys!

Southern Coast Roofing recently repaired a large section of roof over my kitchen at my home here in Riverside-Avondale. I’ve had other contractors and companies (2 other ones, S.C.R. Is the 3rd) that have tried to repair this section of roof and all ended up causing further damage and wasting my money. Thanks to Ty Karakus and his innovative design and highly skilled workers at S.C.R., that section of roof is repaired in such a manor that it now properly diverts all rain water off of that flat section of roof and will last for a lifetime. I only wish I had been referred to Southern Coast Roofing the first time I needed repairs. In the end I’m just extremely happy that I was fortunate enough to have them complete the necessary repairs.
