Ty did a thorough review of the roof, chimney and inside the attic to confirm that no roof leaks were present - determined that only the chimney cap should be replaced and sealed to prevent torrential rain from leaks. The team worked very well and installed it without a bother.

This is the 3rd time I have used Souther Coast Roofing . They have done a great job every time. If you need a roof you should give them a call. Not only did they do a great job but the were the most reasonable . Thanks Ty and Sothern Coast Roofing guys!
