Southern Coast provided efficient quality roofing service at a reasonable price. The roof was completed in one day with a team of experienced workers who were meticulous in caring for the property and seeing that we were comfortable with the process. What was quoted in our estimate was done and done well. Using Southern Coast for your roofing needs will not disappoint. I would use no other roofer in Jacksonville.

This company replaced my roof 12 years ago. They used the highest quality material and they charged less than any other quote that I could find. The guys were extremely professional, very friendly, on time and had great communication. 12 years later the seal around the chimney started going bad from the intense floor to Sun. They came out and resealed it and painted the fireplace cap at no charge. I highly recommend this company absolutely love these guys!

When I noticed the leaking from my 18 yrs old roof, my neighbors recommended the good roofers. Southern Coast roofing beat them with referrals discount as well as Ty's all smothline customer services. He was always there before, during and after the job. Now I am very glad to have had him for one of the major house repairs. His crews were also awesome, kind and efficient. This would the token for well managed company!

Flat roof replacement. Florida room roof had started to leak in wind-driven downpours. Ty came highly recommended and lived up to it. He examined the roof and then explained how a previous contractor's repairs had begun to fail. Work to be done was clearly explained, so we knew exactly what to expect. Price quoted was very competitive. Ty stopped by to check on progress and provide an update while the work was underway. Everything was done and surrounding area thoroughly cleaned up in one day. Good work, good communication, and a good price. Highly recommend Southern Coast Roofing!

After doing my market research, I selected southern coast roofing due to a combination of pricing, references from previous experience and a very professional presentation.They took off my old roof and left my property very clean while assuring that no other damage will happen.They put up the new roof and it looks great. The southern coast roofing did an amazing job. The quality of the work was beyond expectations and the time frame from beginning to end was only 1-1/2 day. A great company to to work with.

Great roofing company and highly recommend. I called Southern Coast Roofing and Ty immediately came out to look at the leak. It was a small leak, but he knew exactly what the problem. Ty is wonderful! He kept us informed daily as to the weather condition being it has been raining a lot and they cannot do work with rain in the forecast. This company is very honest, reliable, and professional. Ty and his team are super easy to work with. We also had stucco work that needed to be done after the roof repair and Ty made sure to get the stucco work set up with a company he recommended and it was done quickly too. Southern Coast Roofing came highly recommended from homeowners in our community and we are glad we called them!

Choosing right company for any job it's very difficult. Specially if you don't understand how that job can be done properly. They can cost you lots of money and lots of frustration. With Southern Coast Roofing was the one of the best my experience, simple and easy. I had leaks on two side on the compositions of two roofs. Very difficult job to do. After several different companies that gave me estimates, my cousin recommended Southern Coast Roofing. Not only that they are the best with the price, but also the way they explained and solved the problem. Very professional, neat and devoted time to every detail to make sure I don't have the same problem. Any question or concern I have it was explain to make sure that I understand in full. They did a job in one day and the owner of the company came after a couple days to make sure that I was happy with the job and to see it's everything properly done. Thank you Southern Coast Roofing for such great job you done.

Prior to seeking out a roof contractor, Ty and his team came highly recommended. I contacted Southern Coast, as well as other roofers for a well-rounded pool of quotes. Without a doubt, Souther Coast's reputation became evident. Ty was able to perform the estimate remotely and provide a quote within a few hours. Unlike all other roofing companies, Ty did not send a salesperson, or apply any sales pressure tactics to upsell the job. Ty quotes it, he manages the process, and his team performs the work. Simple and direct. Communication was top notch. We were kept in the loop on install date, progress during the install, and contact after the install. They answered all our calls and emails promptly. You speak directly to the owner and get old-fashioned family business service you don't see much of these days. Lastly, the price... Southern Coast was drastically lower for the same exact service and products. No sales commissions or staff to pay, just an honest roofing company where you talk directly to the owner.

I used this company about 2 yrs ago to replace my roof this past weekend a tree limb fell on my house causing a hole in my roof I called ty he can out gave me a great price including a discount because I was a previous customer he said it would be Thursday or Friday of this week it ended up being today only 1 day after giving me the price his worker was very helpful and explained everything to me I would recommend this company to anyone I give them a 5 star rating I would have given them a higher rating but that was all it would let me do on a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 12 thanks again Ty and the great crew at southern coast roofing you have a very happy and satisfied customer in me

This is an excellent roofing company. They have done many ReRoofing jobs for me over the last 8 years since I am in the real estate business. They always do a great job, use quality materials, and warranty their work. They also offer a warranty transfer option to my customers when we resell the property. Their customer service is awesome, and they always make it right for their customers. The fact that I am still using them after 8 years is proof they are a solid company to do business with, for 1 job, or many jobs.
